If we delete your account for the foregoing reasons, you may not re-register for our Services. We may block your email address and Internet protocol address to prevent further registration.

You shall have sole responsibility for the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, reliability, appropriateness, and intellectual property ownership or right to use of all submitted Content. Payment and Refunds

3.1. All prices for Dota2 MMR Boost’s services are listed on the Website and are subject to change without notice.

3.2. Payment for services is due in full prior to the start of the boosting process.

3.3. Dota2 MMR Boost offers a fair and transparent refund policy. If you are not satisfied with the boosting service, you may request a full refund before the boosting process begins. If boosting has already started, a partial refund may be issued based on the progress made.

Limitation of Liability

4.1. The Website and all Content are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

4.2. Dota2 MMR Boost does not warrant that the Website or any Content will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor does it make any warranties as to the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any Content on the Website.

Dota2 MMR Boost shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Website or any Content, or any conduct or content of any third party on the Website.

Indemnification
